Alexander Rossides

Alexander Rossides brings extensive experience as a social entrepreneur, business executive and investor to Social Impact Exchange (SIE). Mr. Rossides has led both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. He has experience managing the growth of organizations, raising capital, developing affiliate networks and partnerships, and developing systems and technologies that enable information and knowledge sharing. Mr. Rossides served as the CEO of Interactive Video Technologies (IVT), a company he helped found and grow into a leading provider of online video technology that was successfully sold. Prior to IVT, he served as Managing Director of Digital Evolution Venture Capital (DE), where he managed the operations of the firm, raised investment capital for portfolio companies, oversaw investments in healthcare, technology and media companies and served as a Board member in a number of DE portfolio companies. Prior to DE, Mr. Rossides served as a management consultant at Towers Perrin in the strategy and organizational effectiveness practice, where he focused on client engagements in the public, health and financial sectors.

Prior to founding SIE in 2005, Mr. Rossides´ focus in the social sector had been in the areas of civic engagement, and youth education and development. In 1990 Mr. Rossides founded and led the Corporate Community Initiative, a non-profit organization in New York City devoted to facilitating corporate volunteerism and delivering management assistance to nonprofits. In 1997 he initiated a college assistance program for students in inner-city Boston. Mr. Rossides has served in numerous volunteer and advisory positions with other nonprofits. He received his BA from Dartmouth College in 1986 and his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1996.

Nineequa Blanding

Nineequa is a visionary and facilitative leader who has dedicated the entirety of her career toward working at the intersection of health and social justice. She brings nearly two decades of significant, progressive, nonprofit leadership experience where she served at the helm of several local, statewide, and national collaborative efforts to build long-lasting systemic change within healthcare, public health departments, local and state government, philanthropy, and nonprofits. Prior to joining SIE, she was senior editor at NPQ, where she authored several thought leadership publications on health equity and systems transformation. She also served as vice president of Health Resources in Action, where she led the direction and growth of the organization’s grantmaking services—a $50M portfolio geared toward advancing innovations in biomedical research and community health. Nineequa was the director of health and wellness at the Boston Foundation. In this role she applied a racial equity lens to design and lead various cross-sector initiatives, such as Health Starts at Home, to build collective impact towards creating conditions to support population health. Prior to her work at TBF, Nineequa held senior leadership positions at the Boston Public Health Commission, where she led CDC-funded city-wide strategies to advance health equity. She also held former roles with Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Nineequa currently co-chairs the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health’s Prevention Research Center Community Advisory Board. She has a BA in psychology from Spelman College, and an MPH with honors from Long Island University, and she was previously funded by the National Institutes of Health to conduct post-baccalaureate research in trauma-related risk factors for post- traumatic stress disorder at Emory University and the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience at Duke University.

Mira Kahn

Mira Kahn is the Associate Director, Health at Social Impact Exchange. In this role, she will
support the Health Affinity Group with the goal of advancing equitable systems change.
Prior to joining SIE, Mira worked for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists
managing 2 multi-year federal grants: the Building COVID-19 Vaccine Confidence project and
IPROTECT: Improving Pregnancy Outcomes Through Training, Education, and Collaboration.
These initiatives have the goal to educate all obstetric care clinicians on obstetric infections and
the safety and efficacy of vaccines during pregnancy.
Mira's work experience also includes grantmaking on the Health team at the Boston Foundation
supporting a portfolio of 15 nonprofit partners all working to improve the health of Boston
residents and creating workplace wellness programs for Cigna's small business clients.
Mira received her Master of Public Health from George Washington University, her BA in French
and BS in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.

Monika Kincheloe

Monika is Vice President, Education and Youth Thriving at the Social Impact Exchange. In this role Monika supports strategy, development, and execution of the Education and Youth Thriving Systems Affinity Group, a growing group of education and youth focused funders and partners committed to advancing systemic racial and economic equity through their philanthropic priorities.

Prior to joining SIE Monika led the GradNation campaign at America's Promise Alliance, collaborating with community, state, and national leaders and young people to equitably improve high school graduation rates. She also led learning communities and knowledge sharing efforts to advance whole child school environments. Most recently, Monika created and led the Anti-Racist Alliance, a group of 14 youth-supporting organizations engaged in inquiry and dialogue on root causes to uncover action steps to create anti-racist adult supporters, youth leaders, and healing-centered practices in our non-profit organizations. Monika was formerly a program officer at the U.S. Department of Education in the Office of the Deputy Secretary and the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education working on a range of federal programming and state support. Monika started her formal systems work as a fourth grade teacher in the Mississippi Delta.

Monika earned a B.S. in Public Health from The George Washington University and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. She is a mom and a cycle-breaker, a combination that enriches her life in surprising ways. Monika and her partner stay busy in Rhode Island with their three young kids who bring them endless laughter, joy, and requests for snacks.

Margaret Linehan

Margaret Linehan is the Finance and Operations Manager for Social Impact Exchange (SIE). She accrued her financial knowledge from numerous positions in banking including Goldman Sachs, ING, ABN and RBS. She received an MBA in Sustainability from Antioch University and was the lead author for a chapter on Green IT in the Palgrave Handbook of Sustainability published by Palgrave Macmillan 2018. She volunteers at the Sisters Farm CSA distribution center in Bronx, NY and enjoys a robust yoga practice in which she holds a Yoga Alliance certification.

Amanda Papir

Amanda Papir is a Senior Manager at Social Impact Exchange supporting the Education and Transforming Philanthropy Affinity Groups.

Amanda has built a career designing for social impact, managing teams and operations, and cultivating strategic partnerships with leaders and agencies across government, civil society and the private sector.

Prior to joining SIE, Amanda worked for the 92nd Street Y, New York, directing the Newmark Civic Life Project, a pro-democracy, social impact initiative engaging global thought leaders and everyday citizens on critical issues facing the U.S.

She also served as Deputy Director of the Association for a Better New York, a civic non-profit and advocacy group for all employers in New York City.

Amanda received her MPA from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. She currently resides in Westchester with her spouse and two children.

Anne Sherman

Anne Sherman is Vice President at Social Impact Exchange. Before SIE, she was Director of Strategy at TCC Group, a consultancy that assists nonprofits, foundations, and corporate community involvement programs. Prior to TCC Group, she was community initiatives manager at Minneapolis Way To Grow, a citywide school-readiness initiative. Sherman holds a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Minnesota Hubert H. Humphrey Institute for Public Affairs. Her volunteer work includes serving as chair of the governing body of the Center for Family Life in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, and as a member of the board of SCO Family of Services. She also serves on the selection committee of the New York Community Trust-New York Magazine Nonprofit Excellence Awards. Sherman is the co-author of Building Nonprofit Capacity: A Guide to Managing Change Through Organizational Lifecycles, published in 2011 by Jossey-Bass.
